Learn lots of things to do with a single hoop - flourishes, flares, and fancy tricks. Appropriate for those with just a little bit of hula hoop know-how! 🎪 @ben.handstand is also teaching Handstands! Join them for Tools for Self-Correcting Handstands, a workshop for intermediate and advanced handbalancers, also on 9/7. 🎪 Esh Senior Coach @aerial_rings is teaching Splits for Rope on Saturday 9/7. Splits for you, splits for me, splits for claps! Appropriate for intermediate rope students on up. (You don't need a flat split to join!) 🎪 New to aerials?
